Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 547 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §21-3E-16 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §21A-6-3 of said Code; all relating to unemployment compensation; revising provisions relating to employer testing, notice, termination, and forfeiture of unemployment compensation benefits; and providing that violation of an employer’s drug free workplace program, or, violation of an employer’s alcohol free workplace program, can still be grounds for a finding of gross misconduct.”
